As part of your initial contact with O'Brien Technologies, the customer service representative will collect certain sensitive data, including your insurance provider, telephone number, and address. This information will only be used to contact you and verify your eligibility for insurance reimbursement.

Once you are pre-qualified, your customer service representative will give you any additional steps that you will need to do prior to obtaining the product. These steps may include a visit to your physician and a speech-language pathologist. Each case is different and your representative will be able to help you through the steps.
