The 4strokesurvivors web site-account portals are specifically designed to include features that employ a secure login process that requires a user name, password, and role-based access.

Users are assigned specific roles, each with certain access rights that may include the ability to edit and add data. Specific roles also have limited access to data. When users add or modify data, within the database, a record is made that includes which data was changed, the user's ID, and the date and time that the changes were made. These safeguards establish an audit trail that can be examined by authorized system administrators.
